Avery Rose Pedell

Avery Rose Pedell (she/her, any) is an actor, director, and collaborator. Avery is especially passionate about telling queer and feminist stories. Avery’s work is best done in the company of others, and she strongly believes that there is no singular way to tell a story.

Avery graduated with High Honors from Wesleyan University in May 2021 having majored in Theater and Feminist, Gender & Sexuality Studies with a concentration in Gender and Performance. During her liberal arts education, Avery studied abroad at the Moscow Art Theatre School in their acting conservatory through the National Theatre Institute’s MATS program. Upon graduation, Avery was awarded the Carol B. Ohmann Prize for Best Thesis for writing and performing a full-length solo performance play entitled Elsie’s Death Party, Or Something More Festive.
